About Us

Hydroworks is a Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy clinic with an on-site purpose-built indoor heated Hydrotherapy pool.

Hydroworks Physiotherapy & Hydrotherapy is a thriving Clinic based in Bankstown. We started treating our first patients in 1985. Since then, we have expanded greatly but still provide the same intimate, personal and excellent service we did when we first opened.

TYPES OF HYDROTHERAPY

  • Individual.

    • One-to-one sessions that combine Physiotherapist' manual skills in the water with specific exercises.

  • Prescribed programs.

    • Patients are taught a specifically designed program to suit their individual needs which they can then follow independently.

  • Group Exercise.

    • General fitness, mobility, and strengthening classes.

  • Self-directed usage.

Why Hydrotherapy?

  • The semi-buoyant environment reduces pressure on joints, encouraging movement.

  • The warmth of the water decreases pain and muscle spasms.

  • Improves balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
